Return Policy & Shipping

Custom Designs are Final Sale. 

Shipping: Most items are made to order, meaning not ready to ship. If an item is Ready to ship it will specify in the items description. Please verify your order before completing the checkout process. It IS possible your Style and/or color preference could be sold out. We try our best to find them, but in the event we are unable to, we will contact you via email.

Please allow 7-14 business days for items to ship, Tee orders are typically placed on Sundays. If a tee is on hand it will ship asap. 

FOR ALL: The garment must be in unworn condition and tags intact if the item was shipped with tags (not all will be tagged, this is normal). The garment also must be odor free. Please keep in mind Smoke, Animals etc.

 I DO SUGGEST keeping your postage receipt for tracking purposes. We are not liable for lost returns and you must file claims with your post office.

RETURNS: We do allow Returns mailed back within 15 days after receiving your order. However, you are responsible for return shipping cost, as well as a $5 deduction from your refund as the garment may not sale once returned and this will also help cover processing fees for refunding. 

EXCHANGES: We do allow Exchanges, however, you are responsible for return shipping cost, and we will cover re-shipping the item/size needed. 

STORE CREDIT: You may return an item for store credit (Gift Card) and there will not be a $5 deduction if you choose this option. :)

We ask that you include a note explaining your return/exchange and what you need. :)
